What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship either via Registered Post through Australia Post, or Courier.  These methods are used as they provide tracking and insurance on all parcels to avoid the disappointment of damaged or loss parcels.  Tracking is available on request.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your parcel will normally be shipped within 48 hours, personalised items with your own text may take up to 8 business days during busy periods.  Please allow 3 business days for parcels to arrive in addition to the 48 hours to pack and send your sparkly parcel.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Presently we only ship within Australia.

How do I place an Order?

Place an order on this website and pay online through the Cart.  Please ensure your contact details and shipping details are correct.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, there is no need to open an account unless you want to.  Accounts allow you to build a wishlist of products so that you can remember what you like next visit.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

If you are going to or have purchased through your Independent Jewellery Designer, are interested in hosting a party, or in joining the team, you Independent Jewellery Designer may be your first point of call.  If you do not know a Designer we can answer all of your queries and if you would like we can put you in touch with someone local in your area too.  Please go to the ‘Contact Us’ tab in the top menu to send us a message, we will return your message within 48 hours.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

If there is an error in your order please contact us immediately to make us aware so we can rectify the issue prior to shipping.  Once shipped any issues will require you to contact us for an exchange or refund.  Refunds and exchanges are only available for personalised products if there is a product fault so should there be an error in your order for a personalised product please send a message titled ‘Order Error’ immediately or call us on 1800 60 10 20 to avoid disappointment.
