Information Collection: If you have attended a Sales/Trunk Party, interacted with our Website or Independent Jewellery Designer you may have purchased something or even requested to join our mailing list or asked for more information. We may have collected your name and physical address, email address, phone number(s) and credit card information and sales information including products and sales amount.
Usage of Information: The information used will be used to submit your order and complete your sale, to provide you with further information on a product provide you with our company updates and newsletters. Information collected about the Polka Dot Duck business opportunity or sales/trunk party will be given to the relevant Independent Jewellery Designer so they may follor up and provide the relevant information and opportunity. Your general and non-identifying information may used in aggregate to that of others to provide Polka Dot Duck with sales and company data for business purposes like ordering and sales projections as well as improvements and changes to our product and service offering.
Opt out- You Independent Jewellery Designer or Polka Dot Duck may contact you using the information you have provided. If you have changed your mind, or are no longer interested simply tell the Polka Dot Duck Office by email and we will take all reasonable efforts to remove your personally identifying information from our files and advise our Independent Jewellery Designer that you have opted out from contact from Polka Dot Duck. If you receive a company subscribed email or newsletter, or one from an Independent Jewellery Designer there will be an ‘Unsubscribe’ option to remove yourself from our contact list. If you ‘Opt Out’ we respect that and will remove you from the contact list. Please allow up to 3 days incase another email notification is on its way.
If you receive further contact by an Independent Jewellery Designer after being asked not to be contacted again, please email us immediately and at Polka Dot Duck directly and we will ensure this no longer occurs.
